Biography
David Nickerson specializes in political behavior and research methodology. The core of his research focuses on how groups mobilize supporters with a special emphasis on get-out-the-vote campaigns, volunteer recruitment, social networks, voter psychology, and vote buying. Experimental research methods are also an area of interest. His work has appeared in leading political science journals such as the American Political Science Review, American Journal of Politics, Journal of Politics, and Political Analysis.
