Contractual
Summer salary related to a contractual agreement is processed by the Dean's Office in the College of Arts & Letters's.
Award through the Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts (ISLA)
ISLA process the paperwork for their awards.
Summer Grant
If you are awarded a summer salary grant through an outside grant or the Graduate School, the Department will prepare the paperwork. Submit Summer Salary Grant information to the Sr. administrative assistant by the third Friday in April.

Summer Session Teaching
The Department will prepare the paperwork for summer session teaching salary. The Director of Undergraduate Studies will provides the teaching information to the Sr. administrative assistant. The Sr. administrative assistant processes the papwork for payment.
