Mr. Rosato's talk is titled  “Planes, Guns and Beer: Hidden links at the Hague’s International Criminal Court”.  He will present his observations on the interconnected nature of the persons on trial at the ICC, the Special Court for Sierra Leone and the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia, as well as the network of facilitators that provide them with the necessary inputs to operate.…
