The Notre Dame International Security Program, the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies and Women in International Security ND chapter, are proud to present Professor Deborah Avant.

Professor Avant is Sié Chair and Director of the Sié Chéou-Kang Center for International Security and Diplomacy, Joseph Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver. 

Avant's talk, titled "The Market for Force: Recent Developments and Implications for Peace Building" will take place on Thursday, March 1st. 12:30PM at the Hesburgh Center for International Peace Studies, Room C103
