Professor Calabresi, a founding member of the Federalist Society in the 1980's, served in the Reagan and first Bush Administrations from 1985 to 1990 and advised Attorney General Edwin Meese III, Ronald Reagan’s Domestic Policy Chief, T. Kenneth Cribb, and wrote speeches for former Vice President Dan Quayle. Today, Professor Calabresi is a MONSTER in the field of Constitutional Studies, and academic collaborator with Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. His talk, "Federalism and Subsidiarity," will explain why he thinks Obamacare is unconstitutional and why the court got it right in McDonald v. City of Chicago.
