The Federalist Society and the Notre Dame Constitutional Studies program are happy to co-host Ed Whelan. Mr. Whelan's talk is entitled "The 2012 Election and the Future of the Supreme Court."  He is currently the President of the Ethics and Public Policy Center and has previously worked for the Department of Justice, the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, and as a clerk to Justice Scalia.
