Panel Discussion: The War in Ukraine, Putin's Russia, and International Law

Join us for a discussion of the ongoing war in Ukraine, its connection with Russian politics since the Cold War, and its implications for international law.  Our panelists will be Prof. Stephan Merl (University of Bielefeld, Germany), a scholar of Soviet and post-Soviet Russian history and politics, and Prof. Mary Ellen O’Connell (Notre Dame Law School), a scholar of international law.
