"Allies for Sale"

The Notre Dame International Security Center is proud to host Dr. Marina Henke of Northwestern University. Dr. Henke's work centers on military interventions, international security cooperation, and European security and defense policy. Dr. Henke's talk will be based on her book manuscript, entitled "Allies for Sale," and will examine how states are recruited to participate in multilateral military operations.
