The Notre Dame International Security Center presents, “Shared Sovereignty in State-Building: Explaining ‘Invited Interventions,’” a lecture by Professor Aila Matanock of the University of California, Berkeley.

NDISC explores the major scholarly and policy debates in the field of international security, broadly defined.
