The Notre Dame International Security Center presents, “Shared Sovereignty in State-Building: Explaining ‘Invited Interventions,’” a lecture by Professor Aila Matanock of the University of California, Berkeley.

NDISC explores the major scholarly and policy debates in the field of international security, broadly defined. Within the Speaker Seminar series, the center invites prominent scholars to speak on a wide range of international security related topics. These events provide a forum for policy experts, outside academics, and Notre Dame faculty and students to present and discuss their work.
