The practice of loving kindness meditation helps us to foster greater compassion for others as well as ourselves, and to let go of judgement and hostility. Join us online at 12:30pm in serenity before getting immersed in election returns and the media frenzy. As we practice loving kindness, we'll focus on our common humanity in these divisive times.
