Notre Dame Law School's International Law Society and Women's Legal Forum Event are hosting "An Unprecedented Transition: A Discussion of the Transition from the Trump Administration to the Biden Administration."
Kathryn Dunn Tenpas and Chris Lu will discuss the transition process of the Biden Administration from a historical perspective.
Kathryn Dunn Tenpas is a leading expert on presidential transitions at the Brookings Institution. Her research addresses the intersection between the presidency and politics.
Chris Lu was the Executive Director of the Obama-Biden Transition Project, and he was also a member of the Biden-Harris Transition Team. He served in the Obama Administration as Deputy Secretary of Labor, and as the White House Cabinet Secretary and Assistant to the President.
