Gary Jacobsohn is the H. Malcolm Macdonald Professor of Constitutional and Comparative Law in the Department of Government and Professor of Law at the University of Texas at Austin. His interests and work lie at the intersection of constitutional theory and comparative constitutionalism. His current work focuses on the question of constitutional change. Professor Jacobsohn’s most recent book is Constitutional Revolution (Yale University Press, 2020).
