                                Líderes en la “Nueva Normalidad”:
Breaking Down Barriers in the US, Mexico, and Beyond
                                           (July 11-16, 2022)

The Latino Studies Scholars Program (LSSP) at Notre Dame is a merit-based leadership scholarship designed to attract and shape key leaders working to support and empower Latino communities. In the summers of 2018 and 2019, several Latino Studies Scholars were invited to attend the annual conference for the "Líderes del Mañana" Program at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.

This summer, LSSP is honored to invite 10 Líderes to Notre Dame for a week-long leadership event (July 11-16, 2022) to deepen existing bonds and create new connections between our two programs. Recognizing the intimate ties between our countries and communities, we seek to become a future generation of leaders that will bridge divides and collaborate to transform the U.S., Mexico, and the world.

For this reason, our event will be called Líderes en la “Nueva Normalidad”: Breaking Down Barriers in the U.S., Mexico, and Beyond. We will be exploring the new and pressing challenges of current and emerging leaders in the “new normal” life with COVID-19.
