We are excited to announce the lineup for the Comparative and International Politics Seminar (CIPS), a newly established working group funded by the Kellogg Institute. The seminar is designed to bring emerging scholars to campus and to offer graduate students (with priority given to job market candidates) and postdoctoral fellows working on comparative politics and/or international political economy an opportunity to present their work. Prior to each seminar, a working paper will be circulated. The speaker will present their paper, followed by a general discussion.

The speaker for October 17 is Jing Li (University of Notre Dame)
