Biography

Edward Campbell is a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame, specializing in Constitutional Studies and Political Theory. His research interests span the constitutionalism of Ancient, Early Modern, and American Political Thought, and his dissertation examines the use of classical pseudonyms in the key debates of the American Founding. Before coming to Notre Dame, Edward earned a BA with highest honors in political science and classical languages and cultures from Vanderbilt University. At Vanderbilt, he wrote his honors thesis on the intellectual origins of the Federalist Society.
