Kerby Davis
Biography
Kerby Davis is a fourth-year PhD candidate in International Relations and Political Theory at the University of Notre Dame. His primary research interest is in military "friction" and the ways attrition affects the outcomes of war. In addition to his primary research interest, Kerby investigates military innovation and technological development, military theory, as well as modeling and simulation.
Previously, he worked in the Washington DC think tank and advocacy space as a foreign policy analyst where he focused on U.S. relations with Europe and Russia. Kerby earned his Bachelor's at Brigham Young University in political science and a Masters of International Affairs at the George Bush School of Government and Public Servie at Texas A&M.
