Peter McLaughlin

Biography

Peter McLaughlin focuses on grand strategy and emerging weapons technology as a first-year International Relations PhD student. His research additionally explores strategic deterrence theory and the implications of competition between regional hegemonic states. Before arriving at Notre Dame, Peter McLaughlin graduated with a B.A. in History from Ohio State University.
