Biography

Elayne Allen is a second year PhD student in political science at the University of Notre Dame concentrating in political theory and constitutional studies. She is interested in Catholic responses to modern politics. Prior to her studies at Notre Dame, she worked in editing and policy research in Washington, DC. Elayne earned her B.A. in political philosophy and great texts from Baylor University, and she is an alumna of the John Jay Institute and Hudson Political Studies program.
