Biography

Zach is a doctoral student in constitutional studies and political theory at the University of Notre Dame. His research focuses on the relationship of sovereignty, constitutionalism, and the sacred in French political thought. He holds an M.A. in political science from the University of Notre Dame and a B.A. in government and classics from Bowdoin College. He previously worked in Washington, DC, serving clients in the aerospace and defense industries.
