Kevin Li

Biography

Deye Kevin Li is a first-year PhD student in international relations and comparative politics at the University of Notre Dame. His primary research interest is a motivational theory of international politics. Moreover, he investigates nuclear deterrence theory, military effectiveness, and coercive bargaining. Deye earned his BA in International affairs at GWU and MA in international relations at UChicago.
