Dr. Paul Mueller manages all research oriented towards designing more productive and active recruitment and yield activities, including research on financial aid and merit awards, as well as assessments on current and future recruitment opportunities. He also leads research on the selection process and is involved in developing the division’s strategic plan.  Paul is also a concurrent assistant professor of political science.

Prior to joining the Enrollment Division, Paul served in the Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Research at Notre Dame. He also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading consulting firm. Paul has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Gustavus Adolphus College. He earned both his master’s degree in government and international relations and his doctorate in political science from the University of Notre Dame.
