Trevor is an active-duty Army Field Artillery Officer. He is pursuing a PhD at Notre Dame as a Goodpaster Scholar within the Army’s Advanced Strategic Planning and Policy Program (ASP3). He is a former Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) Fellow.

Trevor holds a Master of Policy Management degree from Georgetown University where he focused studies on Energy Security. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, with a BA in International Relations.

Following commissioning, his assignments have included: Chief of Staff/Brigade Executive Officer, Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense, HIMARS Battery Commander, Fire Support Officer (brigade, battalion, and company), and Rifle Platoon Leader. He has combat experience in Iraq and Afghanistan. Trevor was a member of the U.S. National Team Handball Team.

He published an article titled “A Look in the Mirror: Fire Support as a Partnered Force” in the FA Journal.
