The Graduate School
The Graduate School provides information on admissions, graduate school policies, funding, and graduate training. In addition, the website provides information regarding theses and dissertation guidelines.
Office of Grants and Fellowships
The Office of Grants and Fellowships offers a diverse array of events: workshops, lecture-based information sessions, and roundtable discussions. They also offer one-on-one support for fellowship applications.
Franco Family Institute for Liberal Arts and the Public Good
The Graduate Research Opportunity Program (GROP), run by the College of Arts & Letters’ Franco Family Institute for Liberal Arts and the Public Good, offers funding that enables graduate students to further their research, produce scholarship, and prepare for careers within the academy and beyond. GROP facilitates critical research related to dissertations and other major projects, enhancing graduate students’ development as independent researchers, published authors, and future professionals.
Graduate Career Services
Graduate Career Services has Graduate Career Consultants who are assigned by academic colleges and provide discipline-specific expertise in career development and facilitation. Following a client-consulting model, they collaborate with departments, programs, and faculty advisors to connect students with a broad range of career services and resources. Graduate Career Services resides within the Meruelo Family Center for Career Development.
Graduate Student Government
The Graduate Student Government addresses concerns from the graduate student body, hosts events, and provides additional funding for conferences and travel.
International Student and Scholar Affairs (ISSA)
Whether you require assistance with visa paperwork, have questions about housing, want to meet other students with similar backgrounds, or your spouse would like to enroll in English as a Second Language classes, International Student and Scholar Affairs (ISSA) is here to serve you.
McDonald Center for Student Well-Being (McWell)
The McDonald Center for Student Well-Being provides workshops, wellness assessments, Koru mindfulness classes, sleep and stress support programs, restorative spaces, etc.
University Counseling Center (UCC)
The University Counseling Center (UCC) provides a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental space where students can feel free to explore a wide variety of concerns and issues. The UCC operates from a stepped care model and offers a wide variety of services to assist students. UCC is located on the 3rd floor of St. Liam’s Hall.
