Graduate Student Research Award | ISLA (ND)

Award: up to $4,000

Description: This grant covers costs related to research that a students’ home department is unable to meet. Usual expenses include research materials, undergraduate RAs, transcription and translation services, remote library assistance, survey and computer programming support, and data set/human subject payments.

Restrictions: Funds cannot be used for professional development activities, computer equipment, and software already provided by the University. Funds cannot be used for expenses that have already occurred. For travel expenses, applications are due at least 6 weeks prior to departure.

Application materials: title, abstract, project description, budget, letter of recommendation, IRB approval, c.v.
