Research and Scholarship Grant Program Webinar

Notre Dame Research and the Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts (ISLA) are very pleased to host a virtual information session about the Research and Scholarship grant program on Friday, September 22, 12:00 - 12:45 p.m. This recently renamed program offers awards of up to $100,000 to support research projects and creative endeavors by Notre Dame faculty.

After a brief presentation about the goals and requirements of the program, we will hear from recent winners about their experience applying for this grant. Panelists will also share tips and strategies for preparing competitive proposals before responding to audience questions.

Webinar panelists will include:

  • Katie Bugyis, a faculty member in PLS and recent winner of an FRSP grant

  • Matt Hawkins, a faculty member in FTT and recent winner of an FRSP grant

  • Patrick Deegan, Advisor to the Vice President for Research, ND Research

  • Heather Boyd, Research Development Program Director, ND Research

  • Josh Tychonievich, Research Development Program Director, ISLA
